I love this hands free paper towel holder. Storage capacity holds any size paper towel. Easy to use, just place the paper towel over the center rod, and pull the holder away from the center rod to allow the paper towel roll to slide in place. Good sturdy construction. Rubber base is large and stays in place due to its gripping ability. Roll ability allows you to take as much or little paper towel as you need without losing control of the entire roll. Definitely a good investment for the kitchen.

I have been looking for this style of Paper towel holder, and I found it. The look, stability, ease of tear, and functionality is great. The ease of removal of the old paper towel is nice.

I did buy this “like new” from Amazon but when I received it, I understood why this previous person might’ve returned it. Disappointed to see minor flaws in such an expensive item but I guess that’s my fault for not buying a brand new one.Anyways, the functionality of it is great. Love the weight it has to it, makes the quality seem even better. The gold is definitely more in the brass color side. It’s not a bright gold. Grabbing & ripping a paper towel is effortlessly.

If you concentrate, you can pull off one sheet one-handed, but don't be sloppy. This is the most efficient of the "one-handed pull off sheet types" I have tried. It's a nice brushed steel, looks goo in the kitchen, bathroom, wherever you want it. It doesn't slide around. Put the chop-stick type holder facing the wall for a more magical and stream-lined look. People will wonder why the paper towels aren't annoyingly twirling off the stem if you hide that secret chop-stick holder!
