Its a Panasonic. I have sold and installed Panasonic for most of 40 years. Always underrated for performance, reliabiliry and value. This is no exception. The phones use rechargeable AA batteries so when the battery starts to go south, its a cheap DIY fix. Its a real shame to lose a wonderful company's products in America because we are so cheap and feature conscious. I have read reviews where people never address anything but delivery time and features ignoring performance and build quality. I guess that's why we have such horrible leaders.

We don't use the Bluetooth feature because the cell phone has to be fairly close to the base unit (within 10 or 20 feet I believe), which really defeats the purpose for us--if our cell phones are this close, we will have them by our side. Other than that, the call blocking feature is my favorite, but the sound & quality is well worth the money. No problems at all 4 weeks after starting to use them.

My favorite feature of these phones is the 'block caller'. You can block those unwanted robo-calls with the press of a button. I still don't know the limit of blocked callers you can have, because it's not in the instruction book. The phone works just fine for what I need. Price was reasonable for 4 phones.

I had an earlier version of this series of telephone and loved it. This updated version is even better; however, don't lay it on your bed and snatch the sheets off to wash them. The handset does not like the washing machine. Yea, I did! Presently letting it dry out well for several weeks before trying to charge and use it. The call block feature was improved and made easier to use. The only feature I would like to see is call block system that does not let the phone ring at all. If a number is blocked, the phone rings one tim, so it isn't bad. I would buy this phone system again in a heartbeat!

I love the phones but not the provider..... the order was not complete .... was missing 1 charging stand and 1 electric connection. have contacted them and they have not responded. The 3 phones I am able to use are wonderful! but the package I paid for was 4 complete units.

We actually didn't purchase this for ourselves, my husband needed new office phones for his camp. They had a VTech phone system and it was terrible. They just got it last year and already they had to replace it. The phones were not as loud, the machine rarely worked and the line was always scratchy. Those phones are cheaper then this system so it goes to show you that sometimes it's best to spend the extra couple of dollars for better quality. My husband reports to me that he loves these phones. They're loud, very clear sound on the line and all the great additional features like the Bluetooth feature and such are incredibly beneficial as well. He would recommend this to anyone.

I have only had these phones for a couple of weeks but they seem to work fine. I didn't have any issues pairing my Android smart phone with the Bluetooth feature. I also love that the phone announces who is texting or calling to the cell phone.

Normally I do not have issues with refurbished products, but I will not buy another Amazon refurbished product. The vendor charged a restocking fee for a product that did not work. I used Panasonic help and they said the warranty had to come from the vendor not them. they ship a piece of paper that say, xx days of warranty from Panasonic with is not true. The Bluetooth did not work with any bluetooth phones. I have another Panasonic system that works with the same phones, so something is wrong with this system. They said they did not find any issues with the product upon return. I find that very hard to believe. I spent multiple days and hours troubleshooting this phone and no possible way for it to work. BUYER BEWARE.

Unfortunately, the units would not work in Australia as we have a different voltage.I was surprised that Amazon did not realise the need to be compatible with the country's voltage.I will be sending them back to Amazon.com.au for a refund.Feel free to contact me to learn more of the incompatability.I can be contacted on [email protected] look forward to hearing from you.
