I noticed a difference immediately with my skin ..

I’m a domestic cleaner and this unusually consistent hot weather in the UK has been so difficult to work in. After doing some research online, I read that it’s advised to take electrolytes. I wanted something as natural as possible and the reviews on these seemed pretty positive. I have to say that the improvement after taking these is definitely noticeable. I feel more alert, less lethargic and have more energy at work. I mix these into some iced water with a splash of cordial and they taste fine to me, really refreshing. I get the slightly salty taste but I don’t find them unpleasant, for me they are more a combination of sweet and salty. I agree with other reviews who comment on the price. These are very expensive, for 15 sachets they aren’t exactly value for money, however I feel they’re a good quality product by (as far as I’m aware) a reputable brand. I’ll definitely repurchase but only use on days where I feel I really might need them. I’d definitely purchase again.

I was offered a sachet from a colleague at work after an exhausting field trip, in hot weather, and probably not enough sleep. I split the sachet over 3 500 ml drinks. It was amazing. I visited the website for the product, where to get a discount I needed to commit to a discount and pay postage. I’m glad I found it on Amazon, albeit at full price, but with prime no delivery costs.Talking to other women of my age and going through hormonal changes, I have highly recommended this product. I’m super happy with the magnesium inclusion. I will continue using it.

Great product. Good for post work outs or hot days

The Ancient + Brave True Hydration Jar arrived on time and as described. The bottle I received looks just like the photos advertised.My problem with this product is it arrived without a safety seal which 99% of supplements usually arrive with. Whether it’s powder or pills, supplements usually come with some sort of seal on the packaging to ensure freshness and allow the customer to feel they’re getting a new product. This came with sticky paper tabs on the lid that wasn’t attached to the bottle when I opened it and the powder didn’t come to the top of the bottle which makes me feel like this is maybe old stock.As a customer it doesn’t give me confidence in this product that it’s new and fresh. It also didn’t come with the gold spoon that was advertised in the photos.Not great!

I used to buy hydration sachets. These are more natural, more affordable and better tasting. Now I have a monthly subscription
