*UPDATEI ordered a 2nd and the same happened again. Now unsure if the 420ml mug even exists and there may be a mistake on the advert *I ordered and paid for a 420ml capacity mug, I received a 350ml mug. I am returning it and have ordered another to try again. Beautiful quality though, just wrong size.

I got the cups as they royal Doulton England but when I open the box the cups had made in China not England not happy will not get any more.

These mugs despite ordering the larger size they are the same as all the other mugs in different colours. That really does not make sense advertising a bigger size or have I been conned?

Hugely disappointed in this mug. It’s pretty but I thought I had ordered an extra large mug. Instead this is a standard size. Not at all what I needed

Love the cups, but unfortunately both items were left outside the wrong address. Lucky my neighbour brought it around next day, just happy no one had stolen them.

I ordered a 420ml one, but it arrived smaller than advertised. No info anywhere but I assume it's max. 350ml. Very disappointing.

Looks exactly as described. Does it job of being a mug perfectly. Excellent quality.

Was looking for a LARGE mug, which was the description given. Actually about one teaspoon of water bigger than the ones we were using. Having said that they are quite nice.
