I cannot type enough good things about this wedge. It is so comfortable, and the firmness is perfect! I don't get too hot with it, it is extremely functional, and the shape retention is amazing. I haven't traveled with it, but it has a handle that seems like it would be easy to travel with. It gives amazing support whether lying down or using it for a backrest. It has alleviated quite a bit of pain.

For context, I am a side/belly sleeper, so this was going to be quite an adjustment for me, having to sleep on my back for the next 2+ months...if not even longer! Also, I have had lower back pain for the last 4+ years, most likely attributed to my sleeping on my belly.This product is given 5 stars, but I'd like to give it 4.5. It is VERY comfortable and I have not slept in any other position following my surgery, which was 2 weeks ago. I recently went on a quick staycation and took the pillow with me - it's THAT good!The only issue I have with it is more of a design flaw. There are large velcro areas on the side of the main part of the pillow, which are very uncomfortable to have your arms on for an extended period of time. I've since put a sheet over the top of the pillow, which has helped with the issue.If you are in the market for a pillow post-surgery, this pillow should be in your cart, and you should pull the trigger on this pillow. I plan on using this pillow long after my recovery period, as my lower back pain has, in essence, gone away since sleeping on my back.

When I got the package I couldn’t figure out where the pillow was. But alas, it was inside very tight packaging. The wedge pillow is great. My husband had surgery and has to recover in a recline position. It’s just perfect. He is very comfortable. Excellent value. It keeps its shape I would buy again.

I'm in a love/hate relationship with this pillow. I need this for back support in bed when reading or journaling on the floor. For that, it's great 👍🏼.The problem is, that when I use it's handle to move it on and off the bed, it never stays together! It's very frustrating to have a handle to lift it up but the bolsters fall off half way or all the way sometimes. That to me negates having a "convenient" handle for portability if I'm constantly having to scoop the bottom piece up too or pick it up off the floor. It's large, so to pick it up and have something fly off of it (top or bottom) doesn't make it convenient or safe (make sure you aren't lifting or swinging it near your coffee or anything fragile)!The issue with the bolsters seems to be a combination of poor quality velcro, and the segments of fabric the velcro is on are ill fitted. Too big (long) so it says off. (Not a problem when you're sitting still, just moving it.) But, that also causes a problem because the velcro gets stuck to things on the bed because it's loose fitting.Bottom line is it's firm and works for my back, a good size/height, width, and material inside is strong enough to hold my back and head up. I appreciate the 2 positions (the pocket doesn't seem useful to me at all, never tried it, but it's so small and tight fitting I can't imagine what I would put in it). The color fabric is microfiber, I'm not a fan but a lot of people like it and it does look nice and it is very soft. The color gray is perfect.All in all, after months using it, I dropped a star and updated my review. BUT I'd probably buy it again for the price point (still high but others are outrageously expensive) and due to successful usage for the problems I was having. Just wish those velcro tabs were better sized and stayed on.

With my sleep apnea and Cpap uses, I needed to sleep at an angle and 4 pillows was chaotic and frustrating. This wedge stays in place and the angle adjusts to allow the proper position. The memory foam is comfortable and supportive for my back, neck and breathing positioning. Compared to what good pillows cost, this wedge was well worth the reasonable price.

This type of pillow was suggested by a friend and is well worth the purchase. My husband has to have fusion neck surgery, and while we go through the process, he was in a lot of pain and could not sleep at all. This pillow, while still in pain, has provided some relief so that he can get some sleep. It has maintained its shape thus far and provided the support that he needs. The only thing that would be even better would be a case to maintain cleanliness.

A week ago today, I had surgery on my nose (septoplasty) and this pillow was everything I needed! I’m so thankful I researched the surgery & recovery otherwise I wouldn’t have had this pillow. The detachable pillow (the head pillow) feels like clouds! The rest of the actual pillow is comfortable as well and supports the upper back. I needed to basically sleep with my head elevated because of the swelling on my face and drainage from my nose. I looked at several pillows on Amazon for post surgery and this one had the most best reviews. Absolutely worth the money I spent!

This is a great pillow very comfortable. And does what I want it to do. The only down side to this is the Velcro on the sides of the pillow that are there for the neck pillow to attach to can sometimes be irritating when you lay down as its a hard Velcro not a soft one so it pokes you when you sleep or just laying down. It took some getting use to for me to enjoy this pillow. Other then that it's very useful in helping with keeping yourself elevated with our sagging and the half circle neck pillow is useful for extra support of if you just want a pillow to rest your leg on.
