The media could not be loaded. I have purchased many dried goods but this is the best quality Mushrooms I have ever usedI am amazed that they are rehydrate in 2 mins. I have used in broth omelets spaghetti salads greens and stir fries. The family loves them and the quality is the highest they are long lasting. Purchased 4 months ago and only used a quarter of this bag. They stay fresh and tastes great. Highly functional because you cam break into any size you desire. Delicious food that is healthy and worth the money.

Awesome flavor and the rehydrate quickly in boiling water! I dunk them with the udon noodles while making the stir fry. Usually I put the mushrooms in the water when I start to heat it for the noodles which only take a minute or so. Then I strain the whole works together and add to my yaki. Perfect for other things like soups. Just add them in when cooking. Much better value than canned mushrooms. Better quality and appearance. Comparable to fresh in flavor and they will keep in the pantry for a long time.

Huge bag! And really great tasting. I reconstitute first before putting them in miso soup, ramen and eggs. So many uses, I can’t wait to go thru them all. These sell for 4 times as much locally but these ones have better flavor. I’ll save the stems for soups and stews but I had very few stems that were not cut from whole mushrooms. I felt bad for the reviewer that got a bad bag when mine are so lush. Mushroom omelet tomorrow! And I agree with someone else here about mushroom risotto. Glad I ordered the sliced instead of whole and think these must plump up faster.

Wonderful to have these is when you buy mushrooms they often go bad so quickly if you don't get around to using them right away. These are perfect go to mushrooms for your Asian dishes.

I love these so much that I can no longer purchase them. I open the bag, pop a few in my mouth, and start crunching on them until half the bag is gone.They have a crisp, snap to them and a complex flavor profile — savory, umami, and even sweet (if you can believe that).My favorite way to consume them is to drizzle olive oil all over them and eat them like buttered popcorn — but much healthier! High fiber and high in B vitamins — a guilt-free snack for the non-snacker!

Love these mushrooms! Easy to rehydrate and use in a variety of recipes! We use these in ramen, bibimbap, korean stews, etc. In soups and broths you don't necessarily need to rehydrate them before adding, but I think adding them to water before helps them rehydrate fully and have a nice bouncy texture and better flavor.

They were okay, but only okay. I was not thrilled with the slightly off taste. They did soften as promised and rehydrate. Perhaps others might find the flavor less off-putting. I have yet to test them out in something more complex like a soup where they are only a part of the whole gemisch of ingredients.
