Cabin approved, sturdy and comfortable.
Bought two of these for my miniature dachshunds (6 + 6.5kg) for a plane journey as we have relocated. The bags look great, are sturdy when carried and create a nice cosy spot for the doggies when travelling. In addition to the main zip opening, there are two smaller “windows” you can open to feed, water or just pet your dog during travel. Mesh upper so it stays cool and ventilated. Little pockets and a mini bag attached to strap to keep treats/poop bags etc. Has a carry strap and also a shoulder strap if you need to walk a little further with them. Really pleased with them.

Great Carrier!
Bought this product for my female miniature Dachshund (5-6kg)- so far so good. We'll be using it in a 4 hour flight soon and I'll post again after our trip with all the details on how it holds up.Sturdy bottom, not too large, good zips and straps as well.Good quality overall! The material seems like it'll last.*** Update:The carrier worked perfectly, fir under the seats no problem and my dog had enough space inside to move around. I did feel like she was JUST slightly heavy and that I needed to hold the carrier at the bottom for a bit of extra support- although if I didn’t it wasn’t an issue either, might’ve just been in my head a bit. Will use it again :)

There are side openings only, wo it depends on the animal if they like it
Our cat hates it because we have to put him in from the side. Otherwise the quality is good, not the most comfortable on the shoulder, but other than that good value for money

I can highly recommend this bag
We bought this bag to take our cat to Spain on an Iberia flight. I wanted to wait until we had completed the flight before I commented on the bag and how comfortable the cat was using it. After purchasing it we left it open on the floor and very quickly the cat seemed comfortable going into the bag and sitting inside it with the front flap open. Left the bag available for the cat to sit in for nearly two weeks before the flight. Our cat (which is 4 years old) seemed to like it, probably because with the mesh panels it was a lot lighter inside than a normal plastic carrier.During the journey through the airport and during the flight our cat seemed reasonably comfortable, although it was breathing heavily at the start of the flight. We had no problem with the airline accepting the bag and it fitted under the seat in front, with a little bit of gentle pushing down on the top. During the take-off and landing the bag had to go under the seat in front. We were lucky as during the flight we had a seat empty between us, so we could bring the bag out and put it on the seat, so the cat was not in the dark footwell the entire two hour flight. We particularly liked the flap on the top of the bag, which unzips, so you can put your hand in the bag to stroke and comfort the cat. This worked well and there was no chance of the cat trying to get out, as its just big enough for you to put your hand in.We thought the bag would be used for a one-off trip in moving the cat to Spain. However, it was so successful and the cat seemed to suffer minimal stress, my partner will now use it when travelling or taking the cat to the vet's rather than the hard plastic carrier we previously used. Especially as its a lot lighter and less awkward for her to carry.Everything taken into consideration, I can highly recommend this bag for taking your cat on a flight.

Terrible
How can this be airline approved my cat is one and rarely use. He has mastered the art of escaping and the material has spilt due to his paw on it. Needs too be far more durable.

Great bag
Great bag. I wouldn`t say my cat loved being in it for 10 hours whilst being transported from London to the south of France but it worked very well indeed. A removable base mat what is furry on one side and smooth on the other, so you can wrap a baby change pad around it to cope with accidents, zipped at both ends with a lock to stop your cat trying to open the zipper, the side mesh opens also so you can access the cat without opening the end. A small lead and clip on the inside, a pocket at the side for the pet passport, mesh pocket at one of the ends for wet wipes etc. Great product!

Our small doggie felt secure during our flight.
Nothing to dislike! Very practical and easy to carry enough room for a very small Jack Russell to sit and lie down in. Could pass her treats and stroke her through the small window at the top.
