Where can i get guidance - how and when to use the knob/dial. where can i manual be supplied, some sort of guidance thanks

Do not recall if unit comes with a manual, but do not think so. Extremely easy to use if you know anything about electronics. You have to know what voltage you are trying to supply and just rotate dial to that voltage. Plenty of connection adapters included. You also need to know if center conductor is + or - if you do not understand my directions, this or any other variable adapter power supply is not for you.

So I get it, trying to get hits with all sear4ches. ? is....what is the output amps? I need minimum 1.5A

The only output it shows is for the USB port and it shows 5v @ 2.1A So I would think it should put out 2.1A on the cord as well A crossed whatever voltage you sell it to from the 3v up to 12v
