Great. Compact for travel

I had this trimmer in and out of my cart for months because of the price—but after my trusty Wahl Peanut finally died, I saw it on sale around Christmas for under $100 and I took the plunge… and I wish I’d done it sooner. Totally worth it!The motor is powerful, the blades are sharp, and the battery life is incredible. I’m not a full-time barber—just a dad cutting his kids’ hair and trimming his own beard—but after 12 haircuts and 20+ beard trims, it’s still running on the first charge. No joke.I mostly use it for lineup and detail work on my kids, and the cordless design with the compact head makes it ideal for that. I also really like the narrower blade for beard trimming, it give me more control, especially above the lip.One heads-up: this thing is sharp. I accidentally nicked one of my boys the first time using it, so take it slow around ears and tight spots—it will bite if you’re not careful.

Wahl has a great reputation for quality & performance. I spent 3X on this over other beard trimmers. I tried it on half of my face to shape my beard under my chin, It didn't cut well and pulled my beard hair and burnt my skin. I didn't finish the other side & sent it back. I ordered another trimmer for exactly one third the price, which works fantastic.
