I'm severely anemic and have trouble taking iron supplements because they make me nauseous and cause all sorts of gastrointestinal issues. I decided to do some research to see if there was anything I could take to help reduce that, and I came across Lactoferrin. It's seriously a game changer! I take this and an iron supplement together and have absolutely no gastrointestinal issues, even when taken on a completely empty stomach (2 hours after having eaten). I highly recommend this product!

Very pleased with this Lactoferrin, especially the fact that there are no fillers or flow agents added. Just one ingredient inside of a capsule. I take this for my gut health, these are easy to take and haven't caused me any negative effects or upset my digestion.

Very good value, can't tell if it's better than my previous brand I was using. The veggie caps have a slight grassy taste, which is a little off putting for me.

Well packaged, clean and well packed capsules appear to be good quality. The expiration date is almost a year away, so I should have time to take most of them. I have taken Lactoferrin before, that was a smaller dosage though (250mg vs 500mg with these). With the smaller dosage I had no side effects, but I also couldn't really tell that it did anything. I've taken this higher dosage several times now, and had no side effects. For me, it's one of those supplements sort of like a daily vitamin, I take it because it's supposed to help, but I can't really tell for sure that's it's doing anything, so It's hard to prove or disprove it's effectiveness. It may affect others differently. The dosage and quantity made these a good value.

Price seems reasonable but they upset my stomach. Not hard to take but only effect felt was an upset stomach each time I took these. Not sure if that's typical.

This is some great lactoferrin by Monoherb. You get 180 capsules which is = to 180 servings. These capsules have no fillers which is a huge plus. Definitely super happy with these lactoferrin capsules.
