Broken before packaged and shipped to me anyway
Item came damaged right out of box. Missing arm was not even in the plastic packaging which means it was already damaged/missing the arm when it was plastic wrapped/packaged. Very disappointing. I can now see how flimsy it is though. Returning for refund. I'll buy something better made than this.

Decent rack for the money
It’s a decent rack. I bought this to hold towels in our guest bath. Putting it together to hang was a bit difficult as one section didn’t want to line up. We got it to work but had to bend the frame a bit. Serves its purpose

Easy to use
Easy to put up. Great for towels. Not sure about wine bottles though. I wish there was a way to connect the top and bottom sections and just leave out the middle one.
