GREAT customer service!!!
For the price, this is a good bike. I’d rate the product itself about 3.5–4 stars. I ordered two (one for me and one for my husband). Gears shift smoothly enough, brakes work well, and the included handlebar sticker helps with alignment, which is a nice touch. On both bikes, the inner tubes in the back tires popped right away (regular roads, no debris). It was a cheap/easy fix, so we didn’t contact the company. The tires are not perfectly straight and do wobble. On my second ride, I noticed my right foot bending outward as I pedaled, causing knee pain. The pedal threads and crank arm were stripped, so the pedal was coming loose. This time I contacted customer service. Responses weren’t instant but were consistent, thoughtful, and helpful. At first, they offered a partial refund if I replaced the pedal myself. Once I explained the crank arm was stripped (requiring a special tool and knowledge), they immediately replaced the entire bike at no cost to me, no return shipping, no hassle. The replacement bike arrived quickly and works perfectly. After several hours of riding, I’ve had no issues (even the inner tube is holding up).Overall, while the bikes themselves are decent budget friendly bikes, the customer service was outstanding and absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Good bike, no regrets.
Yeah, decent bike. Sturdy transport for my high school kid. Does all we asked for the price. Easy to put together and do final adjustments but does require a YouTube video or two here and there. Nearly useless instructions. Oh, and the seat wasn't optimum, but we found another around the house. Bonus: we spray-painted the wheels and tires with an ugly, copper-metallic paint to deter theft. This how we do in da ghetto.

Back tire deflated 2 rides.. no puncture holes…
Updated *7/30/25I received a call about a week after this review from weize customer service and they offered to send me a new bike, I accepted and they did. In a few days I received it. So far so good, bike is decent for the price. The new bike tire did not pop yet, I rode it about 3x so far. I updated to 4 start because for the price it’s worth it, not a bad item.—————————————————-I’m giving 2 stars because I had 2.. very short rides with it.. the back tire might of had a slow leak from the start because I do not see any puncture wholes at all.. all I did was ride around the neighborhood few blocks. Cool bike, but now not usable until tire changed.. tried contacting customer service but failed. As it is I spent more on this bike buying it a day before prime day getting ripped off.. now I can’t even ride it. Hoping this review helps!

Quality issues + absolute failure as self-assemble due to upside-down pre-assembly
Failure as a self-assembly bike. Quality seems poor overall.-Assmebly: Due to manufacturers error, the bike was impossible to assemble without getting semi-professional assistance. Almost two months after purchase, many hours of assembly and requiring an expert to help, I may be able to ride the bike later today. I agree with another reviewer who said " For some reason the derailleur were both upside down. They didn't provide a wrench to take them off but luckily I had a wrench that worked. It's was a huge pain in the ass taking them off the handlebar".Additionally, the brake pads had to be re-aligned up manually so they were appropriately positioned.Even the allen wrenche they sent broke when using it tighten it by hand. Hopefully the bike has more metal strength than the allen wrench.Quality: Currently the bike is put together and we are trying to fix the shifters/ deraillers. The right one works consistently, the left one only works one try in five. Poorly calibrated as I shift one click, nothing happens, shift six clicks and it shifts one then tries for two. We don't know how to fix this.Quality: Significant front wheel wobble may be due to a bent wheel frame. My expert is not sure. The only positive I can find to say is that the frame seems to be made from sturdy metal. I have not been able to ride the bike yet, so I cannot comment on this.Unless you are a bike mechanic and can reassemble all the pre-set , DO NOT BUY THIS BICYCLE.

Good Bike
Over all, and for the price point I would say that this bike is a good value. It was easy to assemble and rides pretty smooth. The frame is very lightweight and can be easily carried one-handed! It had no missing parts and after riding, appears to be very sturdy. I ordered the black bike and the color was nice. Paint appears to be of quality to the point that it will be scratch resistant up to a reasonable point. The gear shifting is not bad. I believe that at this point it is operator error and that with time, I will get used to the shifting and will then become more smooth. I would recommend this product to others as a cheaper alternative with value.

Not great, but pretty decent for the price
So far, quality is eh on everything except the frame, which seems like pretty good condition. Very easy to put together just make sure you look at the stickers on the frame if you don't use the directions. I would like there to be more distance from the pedal to the tire but its not a big issue. Havent been able to really ride it as the seat latch was not in the box. For now I will give it a 3 star until I hear back from the seller about getting the seat latch but overall it appears to be a decent bike for the price.

Easy assembly with no extra tools except air pump.
Standard mountain bike, easy to assemble. Comes with an all in one tool to assemble all parts. Only part that needed adjusting was the back brake cable. Otherwise it was ready to ride after airing up the tires.

First MTB
Pretty good size for me (my height is 5'4"). So far riding has been really smooth, the suspension really helps in some bumpy areas, though it requires some time to "break in", same for gear shifting, after a couple rides it became pretty easy to switch gears. I had to replace my front tyre tube because I over pumped it, but so far the back wheel hasn't shown any issues. The construction process wasn't too bad as half the bike came in ready to go, but I do wish the instructions were a bit more detailed. Pretty good bike, 5/5.
