What is the point of this?? is it just to stare at? what age group is this for? what do u do with it? i don’t understand what it is.

It's a collectable figurine. You can pose the figure using different arms and fins and give her different expressions with the 3 included face plates. Because the figure has many small parts it wouldn't be suitable for young children. Generally, figurines sit on a shelf to be looked at. I have all the Disney Nendoroid figurines and mine all sit on a shelf. I'm a hobby photographer, so I also use them in my photography.
