Works exactly as described. The drill bits are entry level so expect to buy some quality replacements if you’re going to be using the tool frequently

Do not buy.
This kit is complete garbage. All the bits broke on first use. One of the bushings was too small for the bit to even fit in and bit broke inside of it when trying to drill it out.

The template fit like a glove......but
As stated in the reviews, the center mandrels are soft and will allow the drill to wander off center after use. Other companies mandrels which are much harder do fit the template however, these are not easily accessible. You get what you pay for.

Didn't go as planned
Put the tool on the head and the drill bit went in the edge of the broken bolt. Made the job a total pain. And yes I center punched the broken bolt.
