I have the Cable Matters DP80 cable connected to a 500Hz LCD monitor using a DP 1.4 graphics card. The cable is working well, and there have been no problems so far. I have not tested the cable with DisplayPort 2.1 hardware.The other products I looked at are from Club 3D and Silkland. Monitors Unboxed received a Silkland DP 80 cable from the vendor (instead of buying one from a store), and I think they reviewed a golden sample because there are Amazon customers who report problems. The Club 3D CAC-1092 cable has a higher price than the other two, but Club 3D makes high quality cables (based on owning a Club 3D CAC-2067 cable). Level 1 Techs has done independent testing of DisplayPort cables using a Total Phase machine and eye diagrams.The Cable Matters product construction is fairly thick but flexible enough to maneuver. For comparison: I had a Club 3D CAC-2067 DisplayPort cable. The Club 3D cable was high quality and worked well; however, that cable is very thick and stiff. The Club 3D 2067 cable is so rigid that unless you find just the right position, the end plugs require some degree of rotation to align/insert into the ports. The resulting torque applied is bad for the cable, graphics card port, and/or monitor port. The Cable Matters DP80 cable is less stiff and rigid.

Great cable, provides consistent and reliable signal from my PC to HDR monitor as expected.

Cable is as advertised running it with MSI OLED and it is the new display certification

Excellent DisplayPort 2.1 cable with a genuine VESA certification that you can view for yourself by searching this cable's model number (102095) on the DisplayPort website. Quite thick but still relatively flexible. One of the few officially certified DisplayPort 80 Gbps cables available in lengths greater than 1 meter. I have the 2 meter that I'm using with my gaming PC and high refresh rate monitor and it's been great.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CABLE. BLACK FLICKERING SCREEN.I've got a 5090 and a top of the line, brand new OLED monitor. I was hoping to take advantage of the DP 2.1 speeds. Cable matters says their cable is VESA certified - Judging by all the reviews, looks like they are lying about the cables capabilities.Screen will constantly flicker on and off. The product is completely and utterly unusable. What a waste of time.

Worked straight out of the box and is paired with a 5090. I can't say I noticed any difference in picture quality but at least the ability is there.
