Amazing product . I use wax softener for week then with this product perfect light and smooth curve end take out wax so easily.

You get 2 of them which is great for sanitation reasons if you have more than one kid or want to use it between you and a partner (because who said it's strictly for babies? (: ) and also it comes with extra attachable tools like a set of tweezers and a more precise(?) earwax scraperThe only thing I wish it did have was a guard in case you went too deep so that you wouldn't accidentally jam out someone's eardrum. It could be very dangerous if not done carefully with little kids (or anyone), if you suddenly jerk your hand so please be mindful when cleaning your little ones ears with this product and don't leave it around for kids to get ahold of.

Easy to hold in hand, light is very bright makes its easier to see, super easy to clean after use and my 5 month old doesn't mind how it feels. Which is comforting to know that she enjoys it and doesn't fight me. Happy with my purchase, also happy that there's 3 I'm sure id misplace if I only got one.

Overall as advertised. I like the light, however I wouldn't recommend for use for removing earwax. The tools are not very gentle and scratched my son's inner ear.

I was so excited for this to easily remove wax from my 3yo daughters ears. I did it to myself to show her it wouldn’t hurt I could see some wax not far in at all and when I scooped it with the small scoop she freaked out said it hurt. I showed her the wax to try and let her see it’s working next thing I see is blood coming from her ear. I know 100% I did not poke to far down at all. I felt the scoop after and it wasn’t exactly sharp but it was not safe for her ears. Tried to use it for my husband and he said it hurt too. Would not recommend, super disappointed.

These are excellent my babies ears fill up with a lot of earwax and I’ve been using these for since 2022. I am just now having to buy a replacement in 2024. We use them twice a week and they are excellent for me to be able to get in their ears, not go too deep and clean out their ears. Just like the doctor do at the doctor‘s office save me from making an appointment to get their ears cleaned.

Look for a different ear cleaner that can be usb charged.This one really did work for my kids waxy ears. The light was really bright and illuminated well - this helped me avoid hurting him. Batteries ran out after about 1 year with weekly use. Product description says 1A battery but I couldn't figure out what size this is or how many. The cleaners can't be easily opened to replace batteries so I took it apart. It has 4 button size batteries (AG23) that seem to only be sold via Amazon. And I can't figure out how to put the thing back together. I'll probably just buy a set that can be charged with a USB.
