Bridal jacket. So easy to work with
The picture doesn’t do it justice. This fabric is soft and and yet thick, and when lined with itself comes up luscious.

Worth it!
Great fabric! I needed something super stretchy because I used it to make a pull-on cover for a dress form, and it worked well. It is thick, shiny and very slippery, which makes it a little challenging to work with because it will slide off surfaces. Make sure you decrease the pressure of your sewing machine’s foot to avoid overstretching the fabric.

Yes it is 4 way stretch, not 2 way. The stretch is okay but not fantastic like elastic band or pure spandex. It will not allow see through during stretch for the most part, as it is nice and thick quality. My only complaint would be the dull side is rough feeling and will be uncomfortable if directly on the skin. Keep this in mind in design, so you fold over the shiny side to wrap around an elastic band or a layer of other material to keep a good shape for collar, etc....

lovely for simple undergarments, slips, etc.
I got these for underpants for palazzos which can be translucent or see through, and I wear palazzos a lot. The fabric does have a four way stretch, but it is not to the extent which I would have loved as a undergarment. I wish there was a description for weight because I find these a little heavy for my particular application. Usually I complain about fabrics being too thin, and this one is a tad too heavy, but it will do. Somethings are best bought in a store, I guess. Overall a good value for money, and the quality is nice. Will have to see the durability through a few washes, and if something untowardly happens, I will update here. If not, assume it is a good fabric for the most part :)

Just a regular customer! I love the quality! It hold in fat if your a plus size girlie, it feels luxurious. Not like those cheap satin fabric. It's worth the money. You can make so many things with this fabric, it's Very functional.
