I wish I knew what I was missing!!!!!! This charger is GREAT!!!!! It has 2 retractable charging cords that rapidly charge my iPhone, and you can plug your own cables into the usb ports to charge other devices, like a GoPro as well as other phones or tablets. You can also adjust the angle of the charging block while it’s plugged in. Very convenient if you have several power port options in your vehicle. The substantial size also makes it hard to misplace lol

Update: after I posted the company reached out to me to follow up from my review and they ended up replacing my original purchase and sent me out another one. The communication and the dedication they have was smooth and great. I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 only bc I hate to have to communicate with anyone and I usually leave 5 stars for when I like the product and there is no issues.great product. although it does not retract back. takes forever to get it back in.

This charger is great! While the Lightning connector is 2.4A, it's still very quick to charge my 14+ Pro, so I have zero complaints. USB C works great for my wife's phone and we're no longer wrestling over cables to be able to charge our devices on road trips! I have recommended to friends and it's great. Powers well, high quality, and nice finish!

Works awesome with multiple devices at once! This is a great charger! Location of charging port in vehicle/size of product should be considered before buying!For whatever reason my car has issues with most any charger I use and the result is my phone barely charges. This charger actually FAST charges my devices.I use multiple devices for my self employment and am in my car nearly all the time, this thing is able to keep them all juiced up even with my high battery usage on them all.My one warning is realted more to where my car's charge port is located and the size of the product. It is somewhat of a larger more clunky size, and my car is a stick shift. The charger does get in the way somewhat and gets bumped losing connection to power sometimes. So depending on where your vehicle has access to the power port and the type of car you drive (auto/manual) you might want to consider that in as a factor.The product itself is great and I highly recommend it!
