Putting this on was a bit tricky at first beacuse you have to reach around the back to find the straps which then secure at the front. Once you have the knack it's fine. There are three lighting modes, rapid flash, slower flash, and solid. I use mine when dog walking as there are a few poorly lit streets where I live and a road where motorists tend to speed. The light is bright and steady and it lasts a few 45 minute walks before needing a recharge. The light is nice and bright and the reflective strips on the harness also increase visibility. It weighs very little and can be adjusted to a snug fit, so I would think this would be ideal for running.

Didn't really know what to expect with this, given the fairly low price point.In reality, it works quite well. The Green lights are very bright, and should be noticeable from quite some distance, although don't assume they'll light up the floor in front of you; I still carry a torch with me if I'm running along some unlit paths and need to see anything in front of me.Fit is comfortable and secure, and while I've not accurately measured how long the lights last for, I've had 3 weeks of running out of them before I noticed the front was getting a bit dimmer (about 12 miles a week), didn't take too long to charge back up.I think my only real negative is that I wish the flashing presets for the lights were a bit slower. I tend to keep the front light on permanently and have the rear flashing, but the first setting is much too rapid for my liking and the second is still a bit too quick. Still, it's a minor quibble. Not sure how the lifespan will fare for this item, but so far so good.

Bought this as a replacement for my previous running light, which was a more conventional circular chest light. The harness is lightweight and easy to put on, as well as being easy to adjust while you're wearing it. I have a lot of running gear that is quite difficult to adjust, so it's a rare treat to have something I could adjust without even having to stop my run. The controls are similarly simple and easy to get to.I will say - this is not a light for seeing by. To be fair, I didn't expect it to, based on the reviews, but it bears repeating for prospective buyers. This light will help to keep you visible while running, cycling etc. in the dark, especially with the added fluorescent strips and bright colour. It will not be enough to light the way on a dark night, so you're still going to need a torch or a headlamp or something in addition.Mine came pre-charged, which was a bonus. The charging cables are small and practical - it's a USB charger with the splitter and 2 micro USBs to plug into the front and back lights. It seems to charge pretty quickly.Overall, I would recommend this light if you're looking for something to make you more visible in the dark, and to keep you safe.

This vest exceeded my expectations. I run early morning so needed better visibility and protection during the winter period. This is great quality, highly visible and the light is a fab feature with three different settings. Would highly recommend. Really good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product for the price and I certainly feel safer wearing it when out running. The quality is fair for the price, but doesn’t fit amazingly and as you can see from the video the change mode/turn off button stopped working after one of my runs so had to leave it on overnight and the next day for the battery to die so I could reset it. To say I was worried about the battery running out on runs, I had nothing to worry about as the battery wouldn’t die quick enough when I was trying to reset it.

Love it, especially on these darker mornings. Actually feel safer!

Die Träger sind verstellbar, so dass sie über meine dicken, dunklen Winterjacken, bequem drüber passen. Es gibt drei Leuchtmodi: schnelles Blinken, langsameres Blinken und Dauerlicht.
