Works for me, doesn’t taste great.
These taste kind of bad but after having my gallbladder removed I needed some support. This doesn’t seem to help when I take it before or during a fattier meal to reduce belly pain.

Menthol smell not helpful
I have not noticed any improvement in taking these supplements. However I have one complaint, the smell of menthol. I have a hard time getting past the smell.
