Great product helps alot

I've waited to make a review. Have gone through 2 bottles and just ordered my 3rd. I'm female, in my 30s and was going through the worst cystic acne I've had ever... been off BC for a while and would get cystic acne here and there but nothing this bad. I had tried every face wash, toner, serum you can imagine but nothing worked. I've absolutely seen my acne improve and dark spots fade taking this supplement, but i noticed for me I have to take it consistently. In moth 2 I went several days without taking it and my acne started to come back. I also notice I have to drink a lot of water when I take these otherwise get dehydrated quick which can lead to headaches. So... a bit of a tradeoff but worth it in my opinion. It started working after about a week for me and a couple months in I feel confident without makeup (a little concealer for a few dark spots... but that's it!)

I have a hard time swallowing pills and appreciate that I have the ability to open these capsules and mix them into yogurt. There is no bad taste when doing this and I am able to get the benefits without struggling to swallow a pill! I have been taking two of these a day for several weeks now and definitely see improvement in my skin, not just my face but my whole body seems to have more of a glow and I have to think it has something to do with these. I plan to keep taking these for the foreseeable future.

The Amazon sold version of this product clearly has issues of integrity.Can someone explain the bottle labeling and why it's different? The bottle with the printed date is from the Vitamedica website. The bottle without the printed date, with a STICKER is from Amazon.The 4 pills on the right are from Amazon. The pill on the far left is from the Vitamedica website. In person there is a VERY clear difference in color and blend of vitamins in the capsules. What the hell is going on??

Such a great product! My son notices a difference almost immediately upon starting. After only a few months, it’s now become a daily staple in his beauty regimen.
