Compact Countertop Microwave is perfect
This microwave is stylish, sleek and fits beautifully in my kichen withour taking up too much space. Despite its compact size, it's powerful and heats food evenly and quickly. The controls are intuitive and easy to use and the modern design adds a touch of elegance to my countertop. It's the perfect combination of function and style and I'm very happy with it.

Defective, possibly Dangerous
I ordered the Aqua color and it looked shiny and stunning in my kitchen! Unfortunately, when set to heat, the microwave would shut off after 2-3 seconds. Additionally, the display would change numbers randomly while heating as if possessed! It also tripped my breaker although it replaced a microwave of same voltage/wattage. I also noticed many popping and crinkly sounds within the machine after shutoff. Only then did I read the other reviews and saw similar defects reported. I am in the process of returning. Too bad because it sure is pretty and just the right size. :(

Classy touch
The color is amazing! And it works perfectly. Really classy.

Good. A little noisy.
I love the look of this microwave, and it compliments my kitchen very well. So well, I went ahead and bought the matching toaster! The only downside is that the magnetron is a bit louder than other microwaves I've had (even cheap ones). This isn't a huge problem since I don't microwave often enough for it to be irritating, but I thought I'm mention it anyway. One random problem I personally experienced when first the unit was that defrost mode repeatedly tripped my circuit breaker. Odd, because continuous full power did not. I determined it was just the breaker going out, and I have had no additional issues to date.

WHITE is really CREAM
The ivory/white is really a true CREAM, which is actually what I wanted! - so I am happy! I needed a cream microwave to match my Frigidaire “retro” fridge because Frigidaire doesn’t make a matching microwave … well “cream” is hard to find - even in the retro styles. I think I only found two choices, but I didn’t care for the look of them as much. I really liked the look of this microwave, but I thought the white would clash, so I ordered the putty color first. I didn’t think it would be exact, but in the seller’s stock photos, it looked creamy(ish) to me, and it looked like it might ‘blend’. Well, when I got it, it was significantly darker than it appears in the listing. The putty color is a great shade, don’t get me wrong, but it was way too dark for me (see first photo). I then read reviews from people who said the white was more of a cream, so I thought,”Do I dare take a chance?” On some websites, the color is called ivory, so I expected it to be off-white, but I still feared it would be a cooler and lighter tone than I wanted/needed, but when I got it, it’s perfect! And I personally would call it cream over ivory. Will it be perfect for you? Not if you have a stark-white kitchen. If you want a true cream, then yes. First picture shows the microwave on top of my Frigidaire “cream-colored” retro fridge. I know photos can be deceiving, and I noticed a difference between the stock photos and each of the buyers’ photos, but how do you know which is accurate (compared to how it looks in person)?! I believe my second picture is an accurate depiction of the true coloration. Hope this helps!Regarding all the negative comments regarding the weak wattage, well, yes, 700 watts does not compare to a full-size 1400 watt appliance, but these small microwaves don’t usually come that strong, and if you need the small size, you’ll have to adjust. People said that they had to heat up their food for 2-5 times the usual duration, and that the food still came out lukewarm. My meal called for a two minute cycle, so I figured I’d need to leave it in four minutes (at least), but to be safe, I put it in for three, and tested it. It came out steaming hot! I feel that’s perfectly acceptable, especially since this is not my everyday (in-the-kitchen) microwave. Maybe there are faulty machines out there, but mine seems to work well.Regarding the ease of use, I took off one-star, because, yes, it’s a different system than we are used to here in the US. There are no number buttons, and you need to use a combo of the buttons and the dial to choose your cycle and your desired time, but it’s EASY-ENOUGH to learn! I watched a You-Tube video which simply explained the process and gave a few quick tips. Watch it. You’ll be fine. Just a slight learning curve. It’s still brand new for me, so we’ll see how it fares over time, and if it lasts, but for now, yes, I’d recommend it. Plus it’s just so dang cute. 🤗EDIT: A year and a half later and still going strong. No problems, and heat up time seems close to my normal full-size microwave. Still love the looks, and it’s works great.

Yes it a very nice looking piece of junk. READ THIS!! (ACTUALLY ONE STAR)
It did fill the kitchen with smoke once while warming a chocolate chip cookie ( for 35 seconds on 100% power ). So we put it out in the garage, then outside, still to much smoke! This is a nice looking serious fire hazard. I'm thinking about buying another one for the neighbors I've disliked for a long time. I would recommend this for a boat anchor, but I don't think it is heavy enough. It's too big for a book end, or wheel chock. Maybe storage for small hand tools? I would recommend this for anything except a microwave, maybe mosquito repellant. I should have given this 1 star, but I wanted people to read this! My attorney friend said that it shouldn't be called a microwave, he calls it evidence.

Absolutely defective, Poorly Made
The media could not be loaded. First one arrived and the black mesh screen on the door was cracked. No problem, returned it and ordered a second one. Second one came and it worked fine for a few days. Then it started shutting off in the middle of a cooking cycle. Happened when using the Instant Start button and the regular timed cook setting. The clock then goes haywire showing weird numbers and symbols. See video.Imagine putting in a bag of popcorn and having to restart the microwave multiple times during a 2 minute cook time. Every bag of popcorn was burnt, yet half the kernels still didn’t pop. Also I sometimes warm up liquids in a disposable Dixie coffee cup to drink on my way to work. Microwave would burn the glue holding the cup seams together. The seams would be burnt black, releasing that glue into my drink and making my house smell like a chemical factory. That’s never happened before, even with more powerful microwaves.Microwave is super attractive and looks sophisticated in the kitchen. But believe the reviews, it’s a terrible machine.

Good cooking power, but seriously defective door
I bought this microwave in March 2025 and used it lightly (daily reheating and popcorn). Performance and heating have been excellent. Unfortunately, the door doesn’t close properly, it stays slightly ajar unless pushed firmly. Keep in mind this is a brand new microwave and it’s on my basement we don’t use it every day! I’m very sad because it did go well with my decor.
