Unsafe Scooters
We are very dissatisfied with this scooter and the customer service as well. We've only had it for a few months and had nothing but problems. Ones that are expensive to fix. The first issue was the alignment with the wheel and the steering mechanism was crooked and it caused my son to flip over the scooter and crash twice. My son emailed the manufacturer multiple times since the scooter was new and unsafe. They ignored him even though it was a safety issue. The handle bars are loose, the brakes are bad so sometimes he needs to use his feet to slow down. The kick stand also broke. We have been getting these things fixed with a local service which is expensive. Now when he isn't pressing on the throttle, it wants to go forward anyway. The service provider has been trying to get in touch with the manufacturer and they don't respond to them either. I would buy from another company.

Had issues
The wheel bearings were squealing very loud right out of the box. Had to replace them before riding. A week later the throttle broke completely off. Plastic snapped. Had to replace that as well.

Smooth ride
Every day I ride the scooter to the gym and run all kinds of errands and do fun rides too. All good and no problems. I highly recommend it.

Typically I'm an Ebike guy but I wanted to expand my horizons. I used my Ebike knowledge and applied it to scooters. Example battery size and motor wattage. Typically an Ebike of 750w will get you around town fine so I started there and I prefer 48volts or higher. This ✅ checks both boxes. It was able to move me around town and through our yard smoothly.
