What kind of material are you using for the disk?

We only use top notch high density plastic which is also used for cars' bumper. This material is much more durable, won't be damaged or faded under the sunlight. Great for outdoor power washing projects.

Why does trigger gun don't have locking ring?

Trigger with lock ring violates U.S. safety regulations. Lock ring does prevent hand fatigue, but so easy to cause misshooting. Instead, for your safety, our gun has a trigger holder which can prevent false trigger.

Why are the handles longer than others?

Our handles' whole length is 3 inch longler than others. Longer handle keeps you away from dirty water, keeping you safe and dry. Meanwhile, longer handles give you better control while cleaning. So every small change makes a huge difference.

Why is the size of wheels larger than others?

Can not connect pressure hose

Trigger gun came pre installed with 3/8 male plug...you can not remove without breaking housing. This machine is useless to me as I need the gun to have a quick connect fitting to accept my pressure washing hose. So disappointed

At least 4x faster than using a wand. Needs a little TLC before using it but just a minor item.

I am using this on a 3700psi pressure washer. Assembly of the two part handle to the base was easy using the provide pins. The first test run I discovered the casters did not roll very well and was difficult to maneuver so I took it to my workshop and discovered the wheels roll on an unlubericated bushing. Removal of each axle bolt was easy and applying some grease took about 15 minutes and resolved the problem. The only other issue was a personal preference of adding a "kick stand" on the bottom of the handle, so when the handle is temporarily laid down the hose is not kinked at the attachment coupling. After the minor TLC the surface cleaner did an excellent job cleaning the concrete driveway. Areas that have overhanging trees seemed to need more attention than those out in the open. I would say that using the surface cleaner was 4x as fast opposed to just using a hand held wand. I rated maneuverability at 4 stars because it required grease on the wheel axle when it should have been done at the factory, otherwise it is a 5 stars.
