I received this item and set to use it. Once it was time to give it a quick clean and continue shaving that's when i happened. It was near impossible to open. After a lot of careful prompting i managed to open 3 of the 4 blade heads. The fourth one was so stubborn. Needless to say the 4th one came of it's flimsy springs and i cannot fix. I've had multiple shaving heads but this was was like glue and obviously not checked properly. I couldn't be annoyed with the hassle of the return process but won't be ordering again.
