Get ready for the burn. Yes it does but nothing you can't handle. It does what it says it will do. It is not an overnight fix but slowly it works. Skin tags ,brown spots and more. Follow the directions. Read the ingredients there are other bee venom products that work for different problem things. I'd buy this product again.

I ordered this going by PICTURE of Product the lady holds next to her face which shows a HUGE Jar and completely Fills her Whole HAND/ What I received was a Jar thats BARELY bigger an the size of a Half Dollar!!!!!!!! DONT Show BIG Jars in your ADVERTISING PITCURES like the FOURTH Picture NEXT to her Face and Only send a Jar the size of a Half Dollar...Im DONE with ordering ANYTHING that has to do with CHINA Products!!!!!!!If its NOT Made in the USA BUYER BEWARE

I will buy it again!
I have been using this for a while now. I wanted to give it a fair chance before I wrote a feedback.My skin has definitely improved. It is smoother and softer. Some marks are fading. I have used it for 4 weeks and bought 2 jars. I will continue using it since I'm convinced it will improve my skin. I'm happy I purchased this product.
