Love this diaper pail. Sleek design! Easy to clean! Hold the smell in compared to other diaper pails. Love that the lid closure is easy to use. It’s like a normal trash bin. Well worth the money.

We only use it for poopie diapers so they sit in there for a while. It worked so well to block odor with first kid through the toddler stage that I bought another for the second floor when we had the second kid. You probably shouldn't let it go this long but I think we can fit 20-30 diapers in it before we have to empty and still can't smell it with the lid shut.

After reviewing a million diaper pails and hearing recommendations from every mom I know, we purchased the Munchin UV Diaper Pail. It is truly a smell saver. This diaper pail will not make you gag every time you open the lid like other ones on the market. The step function is also super convenient when you don’t have free or clean hands. You will thank yourself for purchasing this.

Love this diaper pail! Our old Playtex Genie was too small for our 18-month old’s big stinky diapers. We could smell them when we walked by the genie. This one has a much larger capacity (perfect for toddler-sized diapers) and we cannot smell ANYTHING, even when it’s full to the brim with stinky diapers! Just to be safe we added an Arm and Hammer scent thingie inside, but honestly I don’t think it’s even necessary.The only drawback is the lid doesn’t automatically close when you release the foot pedal. You have to physically push the lid down then it starts closing. As a result the lid will occasionally sit open by accident which prevents the UV process from starting. But even when that happens it’s no biggie because somehow we still can’t smell anything with the lid open!

The Munchkin UV Diaper Pail really lives up to the hype when it comes to keeping smells contained — it’s easily one of the best I’ve used for odor control. Even on the stinkiest days, our nursery stays fresh, and that alone makes it worth it.That said, there are a couple of little quirks. The front door doesn’t always latch smoothly — sometimes you have to fiddle with it to get it to close properly. Also, the built-in sample bag dispenser didn’t work at all for us, which was disappointing, though not a dealbreaker.Overall, it’s a solid product with great performance where it counts. Just wish the finishing details were a bit more refined.

Do not purchaseIt's not helpful at all. Inserts did not seal and fell to the bottom. I will go back to store plastic bags.

Great product! I love the fact that it keeps the smell locked out and uv cleaning is awesome. The only issue I have is if it the top actually came back down on it’s own making it completely hands free.
