I'm picky about my electrolytes, and I need them often on a GLP-1 diet. After trying the popular LMNT, I found it way too salty. This stuff was amazing. Like having fruit punch but without all the additives. Will definitely buy again.

I'm really like that this hydration packs are caffeine and sugar-free. The flavor is good not overly salty. I use this in my large water bottle mixed throughly.

Easy to use and mix into drinks-not quite the lemon-lime flavor I was hoping for. These drinks though convenient, are a little gritty texture-wise even after mixing thoroughly.

Bought these for my son who plays high school football and he prefers these over the other brands I’ve bought. The flavor is really good, Strawberry Watermelon is a house favorite

Hub is an electrician and works in hot, muggy conditions. He's had a handful of kidney stones.... One would think he would voluntarily up the water intake. Alas, no.I pack these in with his lunch, and his water bottles are coming home EMPTY!!No more stones! Be gone- stones!And this picky persnickety man LIKES the taste!
