This product works well, taken half hour before going to bed and my sleep has improved. I wake up in the morning a lot better and don't feel so tired like I did before.

Nice but expensive
Nice flavour. Taste a bit like petit for Lou's. Smooth and dissolves well. Would repurchase when on offer as they are quite expensive comparing to other brands.
