I am so happy I found this product! It’s a great, easy , inexpensive way to get a boost in my energy daily and get all those nutrients in my system! I struggle with bloating and I have some stomach issues and this helps a lot! For a better and faster result I recommend to take it on an empty stomach or at least not with a full meal. I usually take it in the morning or between meals if I have a long busy day. It tastes great too and it was shipped very fast ! I absolutely recommend this !

This green powder is a great supplement. It gives me the energy I need to last most of the day. Other more expensive products didn't seem to do what just one scoop of this powder can. And it tastes delicious.

I will definitely be buying this product again. The green color is a little off-putting but that’s what “greens” are! And, it really does have a very pleasant taste! Aside from that, I love the idea of “drinking” all this nutrition rather than popping supplements! And I also love that I can drink greens rather than trying to get them in my diet! It’s definitely helping my digestion and my joints, as well as giving me tons of energy. It’s a nutritional powerhouse!

Has all nutrients I need. Easy to dissolve and great flavor.

First of all, why I actually have some degree of knowledge about this type of product:I've studied nutrition since 1984, due to personal health issues - and no longer have those issues. I take various supplements, on a regular basis, and in specific dosage levels, based on what is recommended for my issue(s) - and on what has proven effective. Because of that study, I've learned what components for "green foods" actually work well - and how much difference there is between the various types of ingredients (for instance: time-release Vit C vs. commonly-available Vit C; the actual effective dosage levels, for each PURPOSE for taking Vit C; and how effective bio-flavinoids are, when they're part of the formula).The PROs:This product is composed of a variety of high-quality ingredients (atleast on paper), and supplies a wide range of seldom-provided components in "green food" formulas; for example: the good range of basic probiotics (at a 10 billion CFU level), the list of anti-oxidants includes some of the most powerful types ever found (4000mg of them!), and the powerful digestive enzymes that are included. It's rare that all of these ingredients are included in a single formula - and most of it comes from organically-grown sources! Pretty impressive, actually.This should make a high quality component to a daily smoothie - and there should be no issues with using it on a daily basis (partly due to the fact that it does NOT include dangerous "energy" ingredients - like ginseng, or "immune boosters" - like echinacea). Neither of these should be taken as a daily "preventive" dosage, or for an extended period of time! (Do the research yourself.)The CONS:First, I had to dig into the mix, in order to find the scooper - not good Quality Control, in my opinion.Second, the addition of the "berry" flavoring is hardly noticeable - it might add a small flavor component to a smoothie. But, after mixing the product in water (good luck with that, by the way... more on how it "dissolves", in just a moment), the "berry" flavor is submerged in a flavor of. . . vegetables. I am NOT saying that the formula tastes bad - it just tastes like what it is.This should make a GOOD addition to a smoothie - given the ingredients - which should tend to "submerge" the "vegetable" flavor, while the multiple ingredients should provide a "wider and richer" component to the smoothie's flavor. (I'll update this review, when I've had a chance to try out my theory.)CLUMPING issues:When I tried to mix it directly into water (a full scoop into about 10oz of water), it dissolved a little - but mostly stayed clumped. When I used a fork to try mixing it better, I wasn't very successful.Suggestion #1 - add it slowly into a smoothie that is already a "slurry" of your various ingredients, a little bit at a time - it should mix in very easily that way.Suggestion #2 - try adding it into some kind of juice (again, only a bit at a time - maybe using a small wisk).

Legacy product for me

I really enjoy this product but after using it for almost a year I've noticed the amount in the container doesn't make it 30 days anymore. Now, I'm well aware that it is a fine powder and there is a degree of loss due to that, but once I started to notice it coming up short I tracked and measured for 3 months and it was consistently running out 3 days prior. This did not happen in the beginning of using this since I would order as needed, but once I changed to subscribe and the dates of delivery were set, you could see the drop off. It would arrive on the 19th of each month and I'd be empty by the 16th.Now, it was strange that my last order just so happen to arrive 3 days earlier than any of the others (May 16th) and it also ran out 3 days early again (June 13th).Now, when I was measuring I also used a less than a full scoop during those tests. So, if I had the full scoop every day on those tests I would be short more than 3 days. This last one also ran out (on June 13th) and the subscription now shows I'll get the next one on June 19th. So, this time is 6 days without the product.This helped my stomach after some illness and if this can't actually last a month I'll look elsewhere for one that will. This is a shame b/c it taste better than most and happens to work for me. But, if I am consistently running out 3 days early every month, spread that over a year and I've lost about 36 days of product. I also understand that since there can be a degree of loss the final day or 2 could be at 50-75% scoops, but not even getting that. That was how it was when I first started using it before the subscription. So, not sure if this is different for single purchases vs subscription but I don't want to keep this up if it's now going on 4 months of this. I'm just one person, but if you do better I might come back. But not fan of wasting money, especially with how things are now, so I've cancelled my subscription.
