This set is amazing! Nothing sticks to it. It is much lighter than other ceramic options. The coating has held up to a lot of use and still looks brand new. It heats fast and holds the heat well. I can even get a nice sear on steaks using it. I highly recommend this set!

After using these pots and pans for almost 2 months, I can confidently say they are the best I have ever used. I first saw the brand being used by chefs on YouTube, so I knew they were a good quality.As soon as I open the packaging, I could feel how heavy and sturdy they felt, showing that they were going to be great quality.The hex clad coating is phenomenal, and I've had zero problems with food sticking to the pan.If you want a set of pots and pans that will last you. Many many years, these will do just that!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This pot and pan set is exceptional, gold star cookware. It’s packaged beautifully, and perfect for gift giving. The pots and pans have a significant weight to them, much like cast iron. I used them on my induction stove, and they heated up beautifully, and evenly cooked. Per the care card this set came with, medium heat is the max you should use, as these pans really hold that heat, and using higher heat can result in a messed up pan and food. The interior of the pots and pans are a nice cream color, and adds a touch of elegance. The pans on the outside are a beautiful and trendy brushed satin finish and not the typical shiny/mirror like stainless steel professional pans. For me, they were easy to use. I made a lemon chicken orzo dish with a Parmesan sauce (much like Alfredo)- the chicken browned nicely with only using a touch of butter. Nothing stuck on the pan, including the freshly grated parm. The stock pot is perfect for large dishes-stocks and soups. The sauce pan, is a nice size and easily cooked a box of pasta. They are easy to clean and versatile to use as they can go in the oven up to temps of 550 and cook on induction or gas stove. I appreciate that they are a healthy cookware, not having PFAS and such, for worry free cooking and eating. You do have to hand wash which some may find a bummer, but it really does make a huge difference in the longevity of the cookware. I took a star off, because it appears there was a chip of the lining on the inside of a stock pot, which is slightly disappointing considering the price. Other than that, they are a good value for quality cookware.
