worth it
i had this recommended by my physical therapist who does craniosacral therapy, when i wake up with that deep burn feeling along the back of my neck/up the skull i do 10min and it decreases the pain and neck tightness for the rest of the day. it's not a cure as i have status migraine but provides relief that i generally can't get until after work with prescription meds, this suboccipital release is a welcomed alternative! i use the insert to ensure the middle lines up on the top of my ear on each side and gently adjust position to where it feels best. i personally did not find as much relief when i tried in the evening after a high pain day. i need to try again but recommend AM or at the beginning of the migraine!

This has changed my life!
Everyone should get one of these things and use it, even without knowing how it might help! For 13 years, I have had all kinds of ear problems resulting from a dysfunctional Eustachian tube, also resulting in hearing loss. I have tried all kinds of natural things, and all the doctors could do (including just recently) is prescribe a decongestant. Lately, my neck has been locked up (C1/C2) and the ear has been annoying me most of the time, and my hearing has been severely affected. Well, I got immediate relief from using the Still Point Inducer! A craniosacral therapist friend who is not local to me recommended that I try it. I use it when I go to take a rest and when I first go to bed, so it doesn't take any extra time. My neck no longer feels locked up and like it needs to be stretched or popped or like something is out of place, and my ear doesn't bother me. Who would have thought that this little piece of rubber (or whatever it is) could be so life-changing?!

Perfect Addition To My Morning and Evening Stretches (50+ Year Olds)
This inducer actually feels relaxing. It sort of helps me into meditation for some odd reason. I think it's actually helped straighten my back issues. I wouldn't say it's the sole reason for less back pain but I'm certain it has contributed to the relief of it.

It’s so so
It’s ok, but not as beneficial as I had hoped. Needs to be taller and firmer.

Helps clear tension out of back of head
This works! I get severe headaches that begin with tightness at the base of my skull and in the back of my head. Lying on this for 20 minutes is like pressing the “reset” button on that part of my head. You can feel the blood rushing back in after using it and the tension fleeing. I was definitely skeptical of how well this would work, but have been pleasantly surprised and appreciate to have another tool in my headache toolkit!

Foam is way too soft
Completely useless. I am not happy that I can’t return. Pretty ridiculous. I spent $20 on an item I can’t even use. I’ve had two cervical spine surgeries, my most recent one posterior. I get the worst headaches. I’m in the middle of P/T and they used one of these on me. It helped so much so they suggested I buy one for home. This one is SO much softer it doesn’t even work. I mean AT ALL. If I put it at the base of my skull it just slides down to my neck where it should not be. I don’t even understand how they can sell this and advertise it for what they do. Total gimmick and I feel like a schmuck.I will instead buy a double pack of lacrosse balls and just leave them in the package. That’ll be more effective.

Neck relief
If you let this sit enough time, it’ll really loosen up all the right muscles in the occipital ridge and it feels wonderful. Really loosens everything up, but you have to give it 20 minutes or so. Doesn’t feel like anything at first, and then you’ll begging to notice it really “getting in there”. Be sure the highest points of the rounded part of the foam is sitting right under where your neck meets your skull (occipital ridge).
