I have rarely used these egg beater/mixers, but I recently bought a cheesecake mix, and I needed one. I have another one at my other residence, and it seems like it is bigger than this one if I remember correctly. This one came nicely packaged with just the mixer, blades, and user manual. Easy to pop out of the box and start using. It also comes with a plastic storage container that snaps onto the bottom of the mixer -- a really nice design. The blades and power cord fit down into the container and makes easy storage.I emptied the cheesecake mix in a bowl and poured in the half and half milk. I didn't do any little bit at a time stuff, just poured the milk over the mix powder. I was wondering if this would work, but the mixer just plowed into it easily. The instructions on the box said to mix on slow speed for 30 seconds and then mix on half speed for 3 minutes. The first 30 seconds went nicely, pretty much mixing it all. Then, on half speed I mixed for another 3 minutes. The mixer handled well and did not overheat or anything. After 3 minutes the batter was pretty thick and smooth with no lumps at all. This mix package was an instant and didn't need any cooking. I just put it into the graham cracker pie crust and put it in the fridge until the next morning. It was great. This little mixer is great for the price.

Great quality, Great price. I've used this for mashed potatoes and shredding chicken and the power is awesome. It's light enough that I can use it for a while without tiring out my wrist or arm. It gets warm, obviously, but not hot. It never gets to the point that you cant hold your hand on it. Very versatile. It's pretty small so its easy to handle. The mixer, attachments, and cord all fit neatly into the case that comes with it making it easy to store.

The low speed is a little more turbo than I expected. I'm a senior with arthritis and had a little trouble separating the mixer from the attached storage compartment. The instructions say not to run the motor for more than 5 minutes to avoid overheating, which is a little inconvenient. It is lightweight and fairly easy to handle, and completely adequate for my intended use.

I bought this same brand and type mixer years ago and it just now quit on me, so I’d have to say it’s good quality. It’s a cute hand mixer, not too big but it does what I need it to and that’s all I ask but I love the ease of cleaning as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love the price. It's small, but mighty. I used it right away and was pleased with the power and noise level. My previous model was too fast even on the lowest setting, so this one seems more appropriate for smaller mixer needs. I like it and glad I purchased it!

Love the holder it comes with.The size and color.The beater's are on the small side.What I don't like is that it has only one speed.No low or medium.Just a very high speed .When using whatever your mixing will go everywhere.Don't recommend using for a long period or trying to mix anything that might put pressure on it.Only use a few minutes because it tends to get hot.It is not a lightweight mixer which is good.
