Please charge the pool vacuum robot fully. Choose a correct pool shape and pool material first throught App, and then choose a cleaning mode in your needs. Pay attention to the pool robot runtime 180min runtime is in Echo mode，60 mins in Turbo Mode.

How to improve sometimes the pool robot will lift up ramdonly?

Please download newest WYBOT App first and upgrade the hardware version to 1.7.6, and you can switch on the Extra-dirty Pool Clean mode.

Can I remote control the pool cleaner?

Please noted C2 pool robot need to preset the parameters while it is on shore.

Why does water appear inside the product packaging?
