Great product for stretching and assisting in your workouts!
Used resistance bands in the past at my gym and found them to be Ok at first but over time they can become loose, stretched and looking a little worse for wear. After taking these out of the packaging could tell immediately the quality for far superior and well worth the money, the extra layer gives the band offers so much more strength and will defiantly add to the longevity of the product. I purchsed the largest band and seems fine for my weight (91kgs) so no issues when using for assisted pull ups etc.Carry case is ideal to keep them from getting tangled in your gym bag/locker, in my job i travel a lot so will be ideal for hotel rooms use when stretching out after a long drive.Brilliant product 10/10

Brilliant piece of kit
This my first time using reactance bands for exercise. The only other experience I have is using Thermabands for rehabilitation - DO NOT confuse these bands for the cheap variety you might see in the gym/physio.The Bionic Flex bands are really well made and I was pleasantly surprised at how solid they are. I bought the blue and red bands which are approx 104cm long (when halved - they obviouy form a circle!) and approx 5-6mm thick. They each come with s handy little, washable, bag so they don’t get wrapped round your sandwiches in your work bag.I have only used them for body exercises and haven’t yet had the opportunity to attach them to a man anchor point/frame which I have no doubt will add a whole new dimension to them. I’ve used them for press ups, squats curls, triceps extensions & overhead presses. The concept seems easy and I didn’t think I’d get much of a workout from it - I was wrong!! These bands totally change the tension you feel when exercising. If done properly the tension is constant and you can really work to fatigue quite quickly.I’d definitely recommend these, very handy & light, perfect for travelling. I’ll defo choose these for holiday training rather than searching for hotels with ill-equipped gyms full of poorly maintained it. Also Ideal for working safely through injuries or niggles

Resistance is not futile when you have bionic flex
I've been looking at resistance bands for a while as an additional variation to my workouts. However, they haven't been a priority and I've seen too many that are over priced for the quaility that they are. The bands came double bagged with a ziplock plastic case, then a drawstring bag inside. I'll probably only ever use the drawstring bag for the bands themselves, but the ziplock one will come in handy for other uses such as in my flightbag to hold my electronic equipment etc.The bands are definitely of a higher quaility than I have looked at before, and all four are of the same standard, from the lowest to the highest. The thickness and feel of them as they stretch are good. I dont have any fears that they are likely to snap anytime soon, if at all. I will be interested to see how they last given there are two distinct layers, but if my experience of previous Epitomie products are to go off, then I know that they have been designed with long lasting durability in mind.Pricewise; well while they might not be the cheapest around, however they are good value when compared to similar products and still cheaper than a lot of products of a lesser quality. In fact I have only two minor issues regarding this product. The first is that while there is guidance on Amazon as to which band to use to assist in pull-ups, there is no tension rating for each band which is something I would have preferred to know. as I will be using them for other exercises. I understand that they cannot be highly specific, but a general poundage guide would have been helpful given that I will be using them for a variety of exercises and would like to gauge my progress. (This is a issue I find with a lot of bands, whatever their style. Sometimes low, medium, very strong just doesnt cut it lol.)The second is that despite a card inside the bag saying training and instructions can be found on Epitomie's website, there is nothing there, and these bands are not even advertised. This may just be an oversight or delay on the website given that these are new products, so it will be interesting to see if they make it to the website soon. I have purchased other products where I was able to access other ijnformation, so I know it is something Epitomie do actually do.Bionic Flex Resistance Band - Ultra Durable Resistance Band Set for Pull Ups, Strength Training Exercise, Physical Therapy, Powerlifting, Stretching by Epitomie Fitness - Set of 4 Pull Up BandsOther than that I am completely happy with the products and may end up purchasing more for a couple of people I know who would appreciate them.

Care needed with this purchase
Good product but I was sent the yellow product only when the overall marketing presentation does imply a set. So I recommend taking care with your selection. If they were sold by colour this would make the marketing less likely to mislead. Disappointed.

These Bionic Flex Resistance Band are some of the best i have used
Bionic Flex Resistance Band - Ultra Durable Resistance Bands for Pull Ups, Strength Training Exercise, Physical Therapy, Powerlifting, Stretching by Epitomie Fitness - Single Red Band (50 to 120 lbs)These Bionic Flex Resistance Band are some of the best i have used, they are made from a strong durable material which hasn't over stretched and has good resistance. I have used it to help with press ups, chin ups and general stretching after a heavy work out to help prevent injuries. Its very useful for warming up before a heavy workout as it can target specific areas and isolate certain muscle groups. The one thing i would advice is choose the one that ideal for your strength/weight.Ultra Durable Resistance Bands for Pull Ups, Strength Training Exercise, Physical Therapy, Powerlifting, Stretching by Epitomie Fitness - Single Red Band (50 to 120 lbs)
