Atttempted all firmware updates- useless. There was no Power 10 software accompanying the ...
I cant even play blu-ray disks, much record one. When I attempt to play any blu ray disk I get the message: Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD. The disc was created in a manner that the Player does not support. Atttempted all firmware updates- useless. There was no Power 10 software accompanying the unit. The Power 13 software was useless, and I only got a 30 day trial version. It plays all other DVD formats just fine, as well as audio. And I can write any and all types of regular files attepted with no issues, but no actual video files of any type will play back (with the exception of 1 single video song that came on an audio CD) but unknown if the files written to the unit are actually blu ray (I would doubt it at this point). And that is not why I purchased the unit.

A great, small monitor
Use this if you want a clear view and have very limited space. All the necessary cables are in the box.

What a deal! AWESOME
We work from home a lot and given that we have dual monitors setup at the office it was at times challenging to only see the laptop screen all the while having way too many browser sessions going and several programs open. I was looking for an affordable solution and figured this was a great deal. I ordered two monitors and was impressed! What a deal! Both work perfectly, are clear, and make a huge difference because I can see more, move things around to the other monitor, etc. They arrived securely packaged, and in great condition. I realized after the fact that my laptop doesn't have a VGA outlet and went to BestBuy to get a VGA to HDMI converter, plugged everything in and viola, good to go. If you need a second or third monitor, nothing fancy just to have extra space for the work you do, you'd be stupid to buy any other monitor. Works great, is super clear and I'm happy. Thank you, dear seller! I'd give you 7 stars if I could!
