Q: is the ferro fluid in the bottle already? or you have to add it and then seal ?

The ferrofluid is already in the sealed bottle.

Q: Is the bottle glass or plastic?

The bottle is tempered glass providing a clear viewing window while being extremely durable. It's still glass though and should be handled with care.

Q: Can the top be removed to add more ferro fluid if wanted?

We recommend to leave the top secure to keep debris, oxygen, and contaminates out.

Q: My ferro fluid is stuck around the stopper at the top of the bottle neck under the cap and will not release into the bottle solution when received?

This is a rare defect resulting from the bottle being stored upside down for an extended period of time in the fulfillment center. Please return for a free replacement.
