This is one of those rare supplements that actually does what it says it is supposed to do, and does it very well. If used correctly this supplement can shorten the duration of an cold / flu and can prevent them from happening in the first place. I can say from years of using this product that it does both. I am naturally a skeptic when it comes to supplements. About 8 years ago I had a flu and happened to have a bottle of Wellness Formula that I had not tried. On the third day of the flu I took a few of these and noticed a dramatic drop in the symptoms of the flu. Since then I said to myself there must be something to it. I have since been taking this as directed at the first sign of symptoms. I also take a few in the winter time to prevent colds and flu. This is one of my favorite supplements. I found it several years ago. It was recommended by someone at the vitamin Shoppe. I have to tell you upfront that they are large pills and they do have a taste which is not pleasant. But I do not experience an aftertaste which is good. I only get the tablets, not the ‘capsules’ because you take three at a time, instead of six at a time with the capsules . But sometimes I just take two at a time if I’m feeling a little under the weather and I take them two or three times a day and it kicks it right out. This is the best immune supplement I have found to ward off colds and flu symptoms. It has echinacea goldenseal, which is a natural antibiotic . And so many other great ingredients! Vitamin D and zinc and CAgain I can get past the large tablet size and the taste because they work so well. Once I was really sick with a sinus congestion and laryngitis. And I took these three at a time morning, noon and night and within three days I was feeling almost 100% better! They work!

Wellness Formula is my "go to" solution when I feel a sickness coming on. This amazing natural supplement can single handedly stop a cold in its tracks (assuming you begin using at the first hint of symptoms) or shorten the length of a cold already in full swing.The tablets are a bit large - horse pill size - so they may be a challenge for some to swallow. But, I do prefer the tablets because they provide more kick than the same number of capsules.Wellness Formula is available in capsule and liquid form. I've used the capsule form but prefer the tablets as I mentioned above. I have not used the liquid form, so I can't comment on that product.Before discovering Wellness Formula I would often suffer through days or weeks of sickness. A typical cold for me would run 30 days plus. I could shorten that down to maybe a week with natural methods like carrot juice, garlic, and vitamin C. But the Wellness Formula has been a game changer.I keep a bottle at home and one in my car, so I am never with out my miracle cure. It's best to start taking Wellness Formula as soon as you notice symptoms or you are around other people who are sick.

This formulation is incredible. I’ve had multiple instances where I am on the brink of illness, with many cold/flu-like symptoms, and once I start taking Wellness formula, it will halt the illness in its tracks and I can sometimes be feeling perfectly fine by the end of the day. However, the flavor and taste are horrendous, never smell the inside of the bottle, or the pills directly, because I can assure you that you will gag. And I would highly recommend a strongly flavored beverage (Gatorade, soda, etc) to take these pills with, otherwise the flavor is too unbearable. Never hold them in your hand very long, because they will taint your hand with the terrible odor, and it DOES NOT wash off easily. But, all in all, the good effects of this product highly outweigh the negatives, so if you get colds easily, I would definitely recommend wellness formula.
