People before going to lice clinics and spending an ungodly amount of money, go to the dry sauna. It kills nits and lice within 30 minutes to an hour. I didn't have to comb nits and things like that I did go through it with a comb but washing them out worked fine. Neem oil in the hair and in the body Works to get rid of other bugs that might be bothering you. Then borax and insecticide in the wash with laundry detergent let it soak for an hour and dryer two or three times and that should get rid of all of it out of your clothes and then sweep and Swiffer the floors and vacuum. Diluted dish soap spray on your socks so you can get it into your shoes. Insecticide used in the car. If you have carpet beetles in your car I've read insecticide doesn't work you have to use diluted dish soap. If you're in Colorado I'd like to help. I was hoping to help everybody get rid of this s*** so that maybe it wasn't spreading so badly. I really like these other than one thing. They're sturdy and easy to clean but if you comb at the top of the bristles where it meets the edge, it's serrated and metal, so I would occasionally shave off a bit of hair! I'm not too fussy about my hair and it probably wasn't even enough to show but I do have to mind the way I'm combing.

I actually did not use for lice, I used them on a new wall accent painting for some swirled text. Worked great...

Just not good for long thick hair.
