My favorite shampoo
This is high quality shampoo. It is the only shampoo I use. It smells so good and my hair feels so soft. I love that it is also sulfate free.

Perfect...
Perfect but didn't come with a pump. Glad I have an old pump or I wouldn't be happy. Other than that came as expected. Great value.

It actually makes a difference in my hair.
So, I used to believe that the quality of shampoo wasn't all that important. I mean, not including dollar brand that dry your hair out badly. But, if you didn't count the obvious disasters of shampoo choices, I believed it fundamentally didn't matter.I believed this because I have bought them all. From vegan, animal cruelty free to expensive salon brands like Joico and Bedhead, to normal brands like Dove and Aussie in the last 30 years of buying my choice of shampoos, no shampoo made any difference in the texture or strength of my hair. Conditioners are a different story, of course.Having said that, I picked up a little bottle of Love Beauty and Planet (Murumuru) on impulse at a Dollar General of all places.A couple weeks later I realized my hair was smoother, stronger and shinier and it wasn't my conditioner. It was definitely the shampoo. But, that bottle emptied out and I went back to regular shampoos. I was switching between Suave professional something and Loreal Vive (the red one) and my hair lost its luster. But I couldn't find Love Beauty and Planet (but i honestly didn't look that hard) and when I came to Amazon it was, like, $16!But, I bought it anyway. The luster is back in my hair, the strength has improved. I guess I found the right shampoo for me.I recommend this shampoo based on the added luster, shine, smoothness and strength to my hairEdit: here we are 02/05/24 and I'm still using this shampoo. I've used it more than 80% of the time since my original review (3 years maybe?) and it still keeps my hair healthy, strong and soft.

Great Alternative To Pureology
Both the Shampoo and Conditioner are an excellent budget friendly alternative if Pureology is too expensive to purchase regularly. My Daughter and I use the Love Beauty & Planet products, and often receive compliments on both our healthy looking/feeling hair, and the pleasing fragrance. Smells soooo good! Shampoo tackles styling product buildup, yet is really gentle on our hair. Conditioner is emollient but not too heavy.. *Helpful Tip* We combine a little bit of the conditioner with water in a spray bottle, and Voila! It's a perfect Detangler after you shower!

Absolute waste of money
What a bummer. I was using sashapure forever before this shampoo and I loved it. For whatever stupid reason it's not available anymore, I had to add something to my prime delivery because I am out of shampoo. I got this because of the amazing reviews and because it's sulfate free. I washed my hair with it right away. I was blown away by the smell. It smells amazing. It spreads throughout the entire house and it brings joy with it -- gentle scent of roses just floating around. SO - I put a check in the pro column. I noticed my hair was dry (my down to my shoulder blades and is dyed) but I didn't think anything of it because I blow dried it that day and I usually don't. I washed my hair again two days later (I don't wash my hair every day). It was even drier this time but I STILL didn't put it together. I washed it again and again, for two weeks now until it suddenly dawned on me -- it's this shampoo. My hair went from luscious and silky to Meryl Streep as the witch in Into the Woods. It's tangled, stringy, and DRY! If you're looking for hair care, this ain't the one. I'm going to eBay to see if I can buy sashapure again.

Pump barely works
I like the product but the pump barely works and it's really hard to dispense. The pump on the one I got looks different from the picture. Switching to something else. I did find, like others, that it definitely takes 2 washes for my hair to feel totally clean. I don't experience this with other shampoo. It means you go through this faster.
