FF 1001 MAXI-FRY

Excellent product. I haven't used it yet, but having had one many years ago I can vouch it's a really good deep fat fryer.

Not the cheapest, no fancy features, but simple for me is best. Large size, simple temperature control and best of all so easy to keep exterior clean. Used throw away previous fryers after about 18 months because impossible to clean. One down side difficult to pour out old oil, solved this by buying a large syringe the sort used for removing oil from gearboxes, then a quick wipe around to finish. Basket and lid in dishwasher. Excellent fish and chips big enough to fry several pieces of battered fish at the same time, homemade donuts , prawn crackers, fried chicken all good.

Great fryer, makes lovely chips and I've seen from other reviews that this is one of the best. However, ours came from Germany and has a European plug so we have to use it with an adaptor.

does the job good fryer easy to clean

proper name for this fryer as you can get loads of food done at one time. owing to the large basket compared to other fryes you dont need to do two lots like we had to do with our other one. a bit pricey as you can get cheaper onen on the market but as the saying goes you gets what you pay for. would recommend if you have a biggish family or just big appetites.

After searching long and hard for a fryer that didn't have a visible element at the base (as many large fryers do) I've finally purchased one that does a generous amount of chips in one go!I also wanted to be able to cook freshly battered cod(not the frozen ready battered sort) and this fryer does the job perfectly.It heats up quickly and maintains the temperature really well.I wish I'd bought one years ago!

had one before and it was good so re ordered same one now and it is still brilliant dont use much oil and heat well and safe and has a larger basket than most , well worth buying
