Nice heavy duty dog crate !
Nice crate for my 30lb dog, instructions at first look were vague but after sorting things out it worked.I did have one small dent on the bottom rail, probably from shipping but the box was not damaged and it was on the back side of the cage so no problem.Love that it has wheels to allow it to roll around to clean around it easily. After assembly and trying to slide in the floor rack in the bottom of the cage, I had to loosen 2 bolts and nuts to raise the screws and nuts up to get the rack to slide in. Also we ended up dropping the plastic tray in from the top of the cage onto the bottom rack due to the chance of our dog scratching up the bed up and stepping thru the bottom rack and possibly hurting himself.I also added washers and lock washers on all 12 long screws the hold the 4 walls together just to keep them from ever coming loose. Took me probably 2 hours to assemble. My biggest complaint is that the silver latches that hold the door shut and the top down had some very sharp edges on them in places that could scratch your hands using them. Luckily I have a small grinding wheel in my garage and was able to deburr the sharp edges, I could have also done that with a file if I didn’t have a grind wheel.Nice cage and I would buy it again.

Sturdy sides, cheap hardware, wheels are nice though - better than expected if a pain to install
I got this for my cat after she broke her back. As an outdoor cat refusing to use a litter box, she could not remain outside at night - this was my solution. The bottom grate and plastic tray fit snugly in the slot the bottom grate is meant to occupy, so it is kind to her paws. The whole top hinges up, so you can easily clean inside. The panels are pre-made, sturdy, and heavy - but the screws and sockets are of cheap steel and easy to crossbreed. If your pet can work them loose consider locktite on the threads or buy some bolts and lock nuts & washers. I mentioned the panels are heavy? The cheap small hinges are affixed with just 4 tiny screws each. Either prevent the lid from flopping open fully (*so they don't tear out) or do what I plan to do and install 1 or two hydraulic door limiters. If you ask, I will post what I buy from Amazon to solve the issue. In addition, the 'locks' are cheap and can easily be thwarted by a pet. I resolved this issue with a couple rubber bands, loop one end around the bar, and stretch the other over the bolt handle. Finally, the sturdy sharp cornered metal sides were packed into the plastic round cornered tray in the shipping box. Of course the metal tore the corners of the tray. I did have some rust indication as the interior of the metal tube from which the panels are made was not painted and the item likely had condensation from being shipped overseas, but the exterior was fine. The wheels, omg. Except for the really thin nut. At the top which was hard to get a wrench on, the wheels are exceptional. These crates were made to be stacked and I bet the wheels can handle the weight of 4 of them with dogs inside, and still roll smoothly on an even surface. They are about 2" diameter, all with foot locks, and not of cheap plastic or rubber, but the material you find under top dollar tool chests. They are mounted via a single threaded post thru a welded nut on the bottom of the cage at each corner.

9 Mo. Boxer escaped
This looked very durable but our boxer puppy got out the first day. He bent one of the bars. Not welded very well. HOWEVER, the seller sent us a brand new and it has been perfect since. Must have just been a fluke but the seller took good care of us!

Missing and damaged parts
It was missing a screw in one of the latches. All the other latches were loose. Paint on top was scratched.
