do they come with a heat pack? Or can they survive the current northeast weather 50degrees F for lows over the next few days?

I’ve been shipping to the east coast a lot lately and haven’t had complaints. If you would like a heat pack in the order, simply request it and I’ll do so.

Can you feed these to turtles in an aquarium tank??

Yes you can, but I would keep them in a bowl so they don’t run around too much and make your turtle chase them. The red runners are pretty fast but can’t climb glass or smooth surfaces.

It's been about 80-90 degrees where I live. Do you have any complaints associated with shipping in the summer?

No I haven’t had any issues or complaints. They can tolerate up to a 100 degrees with no issues.

What is the gel thing game with this package?

Gel thing that came with the package 🤔 I can only think of 2 possibilities for that.... 1 being water crystals for the roaches to get some hydration while in transit or 2 being the heat pack some shippers place in the package to keep them warm which should not be open and should be disposed of properly once recieved
