A good book
A good book of Kosher recipes. I've already had a chance to make a few, which have been quite tasty.

Awesome cookbook
Although some of the recipes in this book are challenging, the vast majority are novel ideas and good food. Very few if any pictures, but that's fine since I like using my imagination sometimes as to how the author thinks the recipe should look -- or how I think it should look too. If it's in this book, it probably tastes great :)

Delicious!
Everything I have made in this book is wonderful! I had bought it this time to give to a friend as a gift. It is the gift that keeps on giving.

Even better than the first one
The first Kosher Palette is a great kosher cookbook, especially if you entertain a lot. The second one is also great, and I find that there are many more recipes in it that are suitable for weeknight cooking for the family. A lot of the recipes are quick and easy, everything I've made so far tastes great. My only "issue" is that this time they obviously had some corporate sponsorship, as they specify various brands of products in many of the recipes. Not a big deal, but it just gets on my nerves! Otherwise it's a really amazing cookbook.

I wish this cookbook had better pictures. It looks very old and the food doesn't look appetizing in the pictures.
