I was hesitant about ordering for 2 reasons: 1) other reviews listed receiving the wrong product (a different color which is a different resistance level), 2) it was "used" and I was unsure how that applied to theraband. Although the theraband box itself was banged up, the product inside was perfectly fine and appeared new and unused. However, it is not green theraband even though the label on the box states it is green. It is black, which is a much stronger resistance level and thickness than the green I had ordered (and more expensive!). I am making it work for my purposes as time constraints prevent me from returning it and waiting on the correct one. This appears to be a consistant problem issue with ordering this product from this buyer. But as I can make good use of it, it is in new condition, and the price was beyond excellent, I am okay with this purchase. Just be aware - the image pictured is of the black even though it states it is green and apparently what you see is what you get.

Husband needed new bands as he continues working on the exercises from PT. This roll allows him to cut to desired length and can periodically replace them.

I ordered several rolls of this product. It is very high quality and exactly as described. The shipping was very fast and the price was the best on any site I found. Highly recommend!
