How do you get jammed staples out of this stapler? Specifically ones that shouldn't have been put in there in the first place and are too small.

Pliers and a strong knife that isn't sharp. Be real careful, but you have got to pull and work it out. Sometimes it comes right out and other times you may have to work on it for a while. (I keep 3 different lengths of the manufacturers recommended staples at hand.) Best of luck to you!

Hello - Thank you for your question. This stapler loads from the back where you can see a red tab. Pull out the magazine, insert your staples, and push the magazine back into place. How can I replace the Insert

You have to move the red button on the back of unit, by pushing in and then releasing it the spring should come out. Reload and slid the spring back in until the red button has locked into place. Some times it takes a few tries. Good Luck!
