This product is junk. I am pretty tech-savvy and still struggled to set up. I had the SIM card all register and inserted - I was actually getting 1 bar of service at best (when my cell had a full 4-bars), but it still wouldn't connect to the app. I chatted with customer service and we tried DOZENS of programming combinations with no luck to get it to connect. Waste of time. Thankfully, returning the product was a smooth experience. We went to Verizon and got the kids Gizmo watch. You get what you pay for.

I wouldn't even give it any stars. But I had to to leave a review this will be a Waste of your money... would not recommend to anyone constantly saying its offline....everytime I think it's going to actually load the phone numbers to the watch it backs out cant change settings... it's a waste of money

The band broke the first day my son wore it. I cant find a replacement band online anywhere!

My daughter used her Christmas money to buy this for herself and was so excited. But we didn't realize that I had to order a SIM card just to get it to work, nor were there any instructions as to how this had to be accomplished. After we received the watch, I looked into it and ordered what I thought was 1 SIM card but turned out to be 6, because it told me I could get extra months of service at the same time.So now we have 6 SIM cards, with only one in the watch. It took forever to try and get the thing to turn on. Once it is on, it won't turn off and constantly drains the battery. On top of that, it ALWAYS says that it is offline, so the SETracker app that I had to install on my phone in order to get the phone to work, won't communicate with it. On top of that, I had to sign up to pay a monthly fee for the watch to stay online, and it won't. I don't know how much money I am out now, but this thing has been a huge waste of time and money and my daughter is really upset about it. So am I, for that matter.
