Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum Snow Wireless 7.1 Gaming Headset, White (Renewed)

For the price you can't really beat this a reputable good brand at a mark down. So features for one it is very comfortable once you get it sitting right I've had a couple 5 hours straight and it didn't get uncomfortable. The sound and microphone are both great I haven't had to turn it past 20, the noise canceling is decent as well. Battery life seems good the longest I have used it is 5 hours then charged for about 2 then used it for 5 again the next day. It comes with a very long nice charging cable so unless your pc is across the room you can use it while it charges it also comes with a regular headphone cable and a red and white cable. Setup was painless for me on windows 10 just plugged in the usb and was ready to go. The microphone has a cool feature where if you push it up so far it mutes it so you don't have to fumble around for the mute button on the back of the muff.There are a few small cons the headband adjustment is kind of loose I have to adjust it every time I put it on, and I'm not a fan of the loose swivel earmuff design I have to put it on then tilt it then adjust it, also just seems silly. That I know of there's no way to turn the lights off to increase battery life (there might be I haven't downloaded extra software I see no need to)Overall though for the price these are probably the best you'll get and in my opinion only have a few small gripes

I hit the renew lottery. No scratches, clean still had the plastic protection on the sides. The issue was the braided usb charge cable was faulty. They sent the exact same one I think came with it. Since it didn't work is why the previous owner sent it back. The only flaw I had was the DTS/Surround/EQ does not work with the Logitech Gaming Software. You have to go to logitech and download the G-Hub software. After doing the leg work to find that issue the sound is awesome. Mic works good. The mic is a little flat from what my friends on Vo IP discord but it was loud and clear. Also other sound is better and louder than my previous headset that were Discord approved. From gaming to streaming movies to music. The sound is good. It isn't immaculate it has kind of a mechanical sound. Not very lifelike but I am a huge audiophile when it comes to music and movies. After a while you don't notice after tweaking with the EQ settings for a bit it cleans up and sounds a little more natural. Default settings are horrible. Pleased with the purchase.

I'd give this 5stars if the software wasn't so weird sometimes. It sounds great, the mic sounds good too from what people said... I personally find it could be a bit better but oh well. Sometimes the headphones won't wake up right away when they've gone to sleep but overall the headphones themselves are great, super customizable buttons, led's are bright and have nice rbg effects, decently noise cancelling at medium to high sound volume but you can definitely hear people talking to you if you have your volume low which is no issue for me personally. I wanna know when people are talking to me. They charge decently fast. Logitech says they will last you for 12h or something but that is only If you have all the leds turned off at all times. If you are looking to squeeze the most battery life out of them, you'll have to turn all the leds off. With the leds on I think the headphones last about 7-8h on a full charge. Overall, very nice sounding headphones, If you're an audiophile you'll definitely wanna use the equalizer that comes with the logitech software.

I absolutely love this headset. It is light, has great battery life, sounds decent etc. I took 2 stars off because the one I was shipped had a bent USB connector on the charging cord and major corrosion on the USB connector as well as the optional audio cables. Like WTF Logitech, you refurbished the headsets but didn't even look at the jacked up used cables you packed in with the refurbished headset.

I've gone through multiple sets of these headphones now and each one has had the same issues. Constant disconnecting / reconnecting causing it to beep all the time. Sometimes they seem to work as intended but I can tell you it gets very frustrating when they cut in and out and beep at you every 10-30 seconds. I really want to love these headphones I do as I am a big fan of Logitech and every PC peripheral I own is all Logitech but sadly I can't recommend these headphones to anyone. I would say save your money and go with another brand / design on these ones. Currently writing this review they have beeped at me like 20+ times. Sorry Logitech but yeah, sadly that's my 2 cents.

works as advertised loving it so far only issue is the rgb drain on the life of the battery at full features ( and they are fun) which is a little sad. so 5 to 6hrs at full blast your recharging battery. if your tone down your syncing of your lighting to your gaming your can make it last reasonably 8 to 10hrs but the 12hrs i believe is a pipe dream. Still somewhere in that time you can slap it back on the charging leash and tie yourself down for a little while. hopefully the next model has a longer battery life but the same or better features. or this one gets some updates to manage the battery life better!! other than that i love the ability to blue tooth link to other devices the surround sound, and the earcups feel, even though the headset is heavy to me it doesn't sit around my ears heavy, and the fact they don't make my ears sweat after wearing them for a long period of time.

The fit and design are quite nice. However, within a few months the sound would always start off extremely quite, then get loud, then fade, and so on. Turning the headset off and back on sometimes fixes it. So does using the volume wheel on the set, it seems to force the volume to be the proper amount.Now the plug is also acting up and it won't charge. The plug has to be slowly inserted and stopped before it fully goes into the plug. Otherwise it won't charge.
