At the price of this book I was dubious of the quality. But those fears proved to be way off. The paper is perfectly weighted and with only an incredibly slight texture to it.The book itself is sturdy with a solid cover and feels much more expensive than the few pounds I paid for it.I went to town on the first page, with some fairly heavy duty pencil work, and the other side of the page is still crisp and ready for use.Literally could not be more happy with this. Instantly went back and ordered a second one, due for delivery tomorrow.

This book is definitely a value for its money. I have had it for a while now and I have not even filled it half way. I love doing my drawings in it and it definitely helps with my stress.Definitely a great sketch book. ❤️

This sketchbook is absolutely NOT suitable for watercolour. The paper pills at the very lightest amount of working even with a small, gentle brush. It has no tooth so wouldn’t work for blending pencil crayons properly either.I used acrylic paint in it and it was okay but I couldn’t lift any of the paint off with a damp brush as the paper just broke down and pilled immediately. You could gesso the pages with clear gesso first of course, if you wanted to stop the pilling.It would be a good book for collage and dry media though as the paper is 300GSM so is nice and thick and sturdy.Overall, I’m reasonably happy with it as I did buy it for mixed media (mainly collage and acrylic paint) but the fact that it’s advertised as a watercolour sketchbook is ridiculous.

Great product! My daughter is studying art at college and this book is perfect for water colours and sketches.

I was disappointed with this book. Not great to warercolour on and the paper tends to go a bit bitty if you know what I mean (paper tends to got to pieces when adding a couple of layers of paint. I'll use it as a sketchbook for ideas.
