I'm in my 50's and I have long hair, but it has become so dry and fly-away frizzy and I have bought the best shampoos and conditioners out there. I watched a hair stylist on a video talking about hair issues like mine and he recommended this oil. I had never used an oil and thought it would make my hair greasy. It has been the best thing I have ever used on my hair! It makes it look so healthy and it shines like I have never seen it before. It actually gives my hair a healthy "weight", not oily just looks moisturized. I use it everyday as recommended but just on the ends first then midway down to the ends. This is not for light hair. I have coarse thick hair. If you have light, thin hair, use a lighter oil, not this one. This one is heavy, but even after using it everyday, my hair soaks it up and do not look greasy. Leaves my hair so soft. I will continue to use this product. I do wish they made more than one scent. The scent is nice, but it's coconut like at the beach, and smells great, but sometimes I just want a light clean fragrance and this is not light -- still nice, just more than I want at times. Love this product!

First off, my hair is very dense but fine, slightly wavy. It’s very much from my Italian side, if that gives you a point of reference for your own hair.I was a devotee of OGX Argan Oil of Morocco for years until they completely destroyed the formula several years ago and turned it into baby oil. I’m still bitter.I happened upon this oil and realized the ingredients list looked familiar… I compared it to the old OGX formula and was excited to find it was extremely similar, so I tried it.I am so so so happy to have found this oil because it’s so good for my hair. I forgot how lovely my hair could feel. My husband couldn’t stop touching my hair after I used it for the first time!The only thing that makes me a little sad is that it doesn’t have that gorgeous warm amber scent the old OGX formula had, since this is a different product of course, but the scent this oil has is very nice as well and isn’t overpowering. Ultimately I don’t mind because it’s otherwise flawless.Long story short, I’m buying this only from now on, and I can’t wait to try their other products. If you miss the old OGX argan oil formula as much as I do, buy this. It’s exactly what you want!

perfect for my long thick hair. Keeps my hair soft and frizz free. Came highly recommended from Chris -youtube channel, blowout professor! My hair is coarse and similar to Leslie’s.I’ve also recently tried sol de janeiro hair oil which is equally as thick but smells better.I love them both and will continue to use both depending on my mood. If anything changes ( as I’m new to both) I’ll return to post an update.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Recommended by Chris- I love his videos and appreciate his advice. Just a drop or 2 is all my hair needs for the entire day.Hair health:my hair is frizz free and SO SOFT!!! ( it’s usually very frizzy and untamed.Value for money:Product is pricey but will last a long time because a very small amount is needed.Greasiness:Not greasy but I cannot use this on my husband or daughter because they have fine and medium hair! It’s too heavy for their hair - makes it fall flat with just 1 drop. For their hair I used olaplex as recommended by Chris! I tried this product on their hair just to compare!

I’ve buying this hair oil for my wife since we first got together as teenagers. She’s sworn by it for 7 years and it always leaves her hair smooth. It’s a heavier weighted hair oil, not oily unless you use a lot. Doesn’t leave her hair looking greasy but shiny and vibrant. She has natural black straight hair. For seven years, it definitely has helped with her hair growth. It’s beautifully long- just at her buttocks. A big bottle lasts her a good 6/7 weeks. Almost two months. Worth every penny.

The product makes your hair soft, it’s definitely super expensive for the quantity. Keep it in the brown bottle because it protects it from being ruined by light. I did get the smaller size to try and it lasted about 2 months ago. I use 4-6 squirts a day on my hair. I’ve gotten the bigger size this time because of how expensive it is. I just put it into the smaller bottle because I travel for work a lot and I don’t like carrying a whole bunch of full sized stuff around.

Absolutely love this hair oil. I have very long, frizzy, and medium thickness hair, fried from bleach. This oil is great at keeping my hair silky and shiny. Helps control frizz to some degree. I do have to reapply daily (I wash once a week), but again my hair is very dry and damaged…
